Includes current and former military personnel (CA/US/UK/AUS), National Guard members in either federal or state status, drilling or Individual Ready Reservists, service-academy or contracted ROTC cadets and midshipmen, Veterans and retirees of any discharge characterization, and prior-service individuals no longer in uniform. Eligible dependents encompass spouses, children, surviving spouses, Gold Star parents or children, and others who qualify for a DoD or VA dependent credential.

US proof may be established with Email or documents such as a DD-214, DD-256, NGB-22, separation or retirement orders, award citations, VA or VHIC card, Leave and Earnings Statement, W-2, 1099-R or other pay document from DFAS, USAA or Navy Federal account confirmation, enlistment contract, or similar paperwork that clearly demonstrates current or past military affiliation.
Canadian proof may be established with either an Email (forces.gc.ca) or documents such as Government Issued ID, Veteran’s Service Card, CF1 Card, or CF ID Card.
