EcoPoxy FlowCast is a crystal-clear, UV-resistant casting epoxy that pours up to 1.5 inches thick with low exotherm and minimal bubbling. Great for river tables, encapsulation, and large casting projects.
Pour depth: 1/2" - 1 1/2" per layer
Mix ratio: 2:1 (A:B) by volume
Working time: 8-12 hours
Full cure: 7-14 days

FlowCast is a 100%-solids, two-component epoxy formulated for a long gel time. It has low exothermic heat buildup and cures to a crystal-clear solid that resists stress cracking. Perfect for casting and see-through encapsulation, accentuating and magnifying the objects within. It can be poured up to 1.5 inches depending on volume and cures to a water-like appearance.

How To Use FlowCast
In a clean, dry container; combine (by volume) 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener, and mix thoroughly for 2 minutes. Then add desired pigments, continuing to mix until the epoxy is completely colored. After mixing, pour the epoxy into your mold. See our Knowledge Base for more detailed tutorials.
Repouring Between Coats
Possible between 25 - 48 hours providing the previous pour is firm but still tacky. Once tack-free it is necessary to sand between layers to ensure proper adhesion
Recommended Storage
55ºF. through 85ºF. with tightly sealed lids
